Enstatic Breathwork (TM) Guided Meditation + silence + free writing

This is for folx who've attended one of my workshops or who are familiar with the Anal Breath, the Charging Breath, & the Big Draw. In this meditation, I will guide you through a progressive flow of the 3 breaths. After the big draw (around 12:02) there will be 15 minutes of silence & then I will invite you back to awareness of the world around you. After that there is 10 minutes of silence that you are encouraged to use for free writing & then a chime.
