This 23-minute guided meditation allows you to get in touch with your body, and open yourself up to information your body wants to give you. I recommend this one for either the start of your day, or anytime you feel heavy or compressed.
To get the most of out of his meditation, I recommend you have a comfortable nest of bed linens, pillows, what have you. And that you have something to record your feelings immediately after: a pen & paper, a tablet or computer, a phone or voice recorder. This meditation includes a 5 minute space for "free-writing" with a chime to mark the end.
As you're doing this meditation, please listen to your body & what works best for you. If there's anything I invite you to do that is physically, emotionally, or energetically uncomfortable; don't do that thing (modify it so it works, or leave it out).
